About the role

We are working to build the future of AI by pushing the boundaries of what frontier models can achieve. The focus of this role will be reading plain-language requests for an app or tool, picturing how a real person would use it, and judging whether the feature list captures everything that request asks for.

Responsibilities

• Read natural-language requests for web applications and tools and work out the full set of features a user would expect.
• Compare each request against its feature list and flag features that are missing, features that go beyond what was asked, and items that misread the intent of the request.
• Write clear, specific feedback that explains what is wrong and how the feature list should change.
• Review requests across many kinds of products while keeping judgments consistent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Required Skills

• Be experienced using web applications, with a strong sense of how everyday products behave and what a user expects from a feature.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and be comfortable applying the same standard across reviews.
• Possess English communication skills, with a focus on written proficiency.
• Experience in product management, QA, business analysis, technical writing, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
