About the Role

The Quality Review and Audit Advisor leads collaboration among pharmaceutical manufacturers, external auditors, and internal subject matter experts to resolve issues identified through audits and data reviews. This role supports data integrity, contract compliance, and audit execution while identifying opportunities to improve analytics, processes, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of issues identified during pharmaceutical audits and portal reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmaceutical auditors and internal teams to manage expectations and troubleshoot audit-related questions.
• Track project status and monitor contracts to ensure data requests are appropriate and compliant.
• Provide ongoing support for audit activities and data analysis processes.
• Assist team members with workload management and operational priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements through systems analysis and advanced data functions.
• Participate in special projects and other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer audits, compliance reviews, or related audit activities.
• Ability to interpret contract language and validate data requests against contractual requirements.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical manufacturing, managed care, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare, pharmacy, and operational systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.

Pay

Annual salary range: $78,800–$131,300, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
