Quality Program Manager, Data Center Design and Construction

For our client, we are seeking a Quality Program Manager, Data Center Design and Construction to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will oversee quality program standards and execution across data center design and construction projects, with a strong focus on third-party quality oversight. You will help ensure consistent QA/QC practices, strengthen commissioning readiness, and support delivery of complex technical facilities. The position partners closely with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve quality issues and improve execution across active projects. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee and update third-party quality agent program standards and processes Assign third-party agents to projects based on needs and availability Manage contracts and performance reviews for third-party agents Facilitate onboarding of new third-party agents into the program Analyze site quality metrics and escalate issues as necessary Collaborate with engineering teams to address design quality challenges Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve quality execution and delivery Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance for data center construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects Familiarity with civil/structural, electrical, and mechanical systems Proven ability to manage vendors and contractors effectively Demonstrated leadership experience in QA/QC and commissioning programs Experience working in fast-paced environments Benefits Access to state-of-the-art technology and resources Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development A collaborative and inclusive work culture Engagement in innovative projects within a leading tech company Potential for career advancement across a global network Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
