About the role

The Quality Operations Supervisor oversees Quality Operations staff and supports the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance, performance improvement, compliance, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role promotes agency-wide adherence to regulatory, accreditation, contractual, and internal quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement consistent with MHMR’s We CARE values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Health and Human Services, or a related field
• Two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health, IDD services, or related healthcare fields
• One (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Substitutions allowed: Associate Degree and four (4) years’ experience, or High School diploma and six (6) years’ experience
