Quality Mgmt Specialist

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop project initiatives and quality measures for compliance with corporate objectives and regulations
• Analyze complex data to identify success factors and recommend improvements
• Manage budgeting and strategic planning for quality initiatives
• Collaborate with management on health plan quality ratings
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to enhance operational improvement activities
• Measure and report performance goals related to Medicare STAR Program initiatives
• Coach providers to enhance member experience through CAHPS improvement strategies

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
• 5 years of professional business experience in healthcare
• Managed care experience is preferred
• Knowledge of project management methodology and healthcare management
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement and regulatory reporting necessary

Pay

$97,800 – $133,455 annually
