Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency
• Document and maintain quality records and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies a plus

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
