QUALIFICATIONS

• Thorough understanding of the ISO 9000:2015 / AS9100 Quality Business Systems
• Suggested associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; combination of education and work experience
• Good understanding of normal PC software
• Experience in gage metrology and calibration
• Good print interpretation skills including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Trained internal auditor
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good management and team building skills

• Statistics, Graphical representations and interpretations
• RMA Evaluations with reports
• Support for Production
• Aid in Purchase Order requirements for Critical Suppliers
• Maintain NPR documentation and follow-up
• Verify NPR’s are correct, detailed and closed in a timely manner
• Review costing as measure of scrap and productivity
• Equipment / Process Evaluation Improvement recommendations and reporting of deficiencies
• Ensure QA staffing supports production and inspection needs
• Direct/oversee 1st article documentation and adherence-ensure supporting documentation is provided, including Material Test Results, Elemental Analysis Data, Dimensional Report, Process Confirmation and Ballooned Drawings
