Job Description
We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Manager to consolidate and elevate quality operations across multiple sites in the US and UK. The project entails building a robust QMS, steering continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to ISO and regulatory standards. Close collaboration with senior leadership will be essential to propel operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and sustain a unified QMS that meets industry and regulatory expectations.
- Manage documentation control, change processes, and records to guarantee traceability and compliance.
- Lead quarterly performance reviews with executive stakeholders to translate quality insights into strategic actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field; 5+ years in a senior quality capacity within manufacturing or technology settings.
- Deep familiarity with QMS frameworks, regulatory audits, and ISO standards.
- Proven success in Lean/Six Sigma projects and supplier quality initiatives.
