Quality Manager- Mission Critical
Key Responsibilities
- Assure that all construction work conforms to approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure submittals are reviewed and approved by the architect/engineer.
- Track procurement and delivery of materials to ensure timely availability on-site.
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date record of submittals, approvals, and related documentation.
- Monitor the procurement and manufacturing processes to meet project timelines.
- Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process efficiently.
- Inspect received materials to ensure quantity, quality, and compliance with contract documents and drawings.
- Develop, manage, and update submittal logs throughout the project.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of combined field and office experience with a reputable general contractor.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in managing submittals, RFIs, and quality inspections.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

About the Role
Rogers-O’Brien Construction is seeking Quality Managers, a role equivalent in scope and responsibility to a Senior Project Engineer, with a specialized focus on quality assurance. The Quality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that construction activities adhere to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. This position is equivalent in scope and responsibility to a Senior Project Engineer, but with a focused emphasis on quality assurance, submittal coordination, and materials tracking.
