Role: Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildingsDiagnose and fix faults in chillers, boilers, air conditioning units, cooling, and refrigeration systemsPerform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and safetyRespond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficientlyProvide technical guidance to clients and team membersEnsure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulationsMaintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spentStay updated on latest HVAC technology and regulations Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in constructionExperience with industrial systems, chillers, boilers, HVAC installation, and refrigerationRelevant HVAC qualificationStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysically fit for manual handling and working at heightsValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sitesCommitment to health and safety standards Key Skills: HVAC repair, preventive maintenance, system installation, safety compliance, mechanical service
