We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule as needed. The posting includes: description about Watlow (company overview) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the position summary. We'll include a section "About the role" with the position summary paragraph(s). Then "Responsibilities" list from Key Responsibilities. Then "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" maybe combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: position summary (first paragraph after "Position Summary"). - Responsibilities: bullet list under Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" as Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as Qualifications. - Skills: maybe not explicit; could derive from qualifications but we might not have a separate Skills section; we could omit if no specific skills list. - Benefits: there is a Benefits section with details. - Pay: not mentioned; no pay info, so omit. - Schedule: not mentioned; omit. We must not include empty sections. We need to preserve all substantive information; remove boilerplate like EEO, diversity statement, accommodations, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. The posting includes a diversity & inclusion statement and accommodations; those are boilerplate EEO; we should remove them. Also remove "Working at Watlow Watlow is a global technology..." that's company overview; maybe that belongs in About the role? Actually "About the role" is position summary; but we could include a brief company overview as part of About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Thus we can have:

    About the role

    Position summary ...

But the position summary includes multiple sentences; we can keep as

    . Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet. We need to extract each bullet from "Key Responsibilities". Let's list them: - Perform all work safely by following safety rules and proactively offering suggestions to enhance and maintain a secure work environment. - This role does not include direct reports but requires managing QMS-related initiatives and auditing functions, including leading cross-departmental teams. - Collaborate with QMS process owners across the business to ensure active engagement and full compliance. - Prepare and maintain the Quality Management System to meet all required compliance standards. - Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits for customers and regulatory bodies. - Address and close all post-audit actions promptly to maintain certifications. - Provide QMS training to employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and competence to effectively implement and uphold QMS standards. - Lead efforts such as management reviews, risk assessments, 6S events, and continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and resolution of associated actions. - Investigate QMS compliance issues and collaborate with relevant departments to implement effective corrective actions. - Travel up to 25% is expected to support audits, training, and compliance activities. We need to keep each as
    • . Then Requirements:

      Requirements

maybe from Required Qualifications. Required Qualifications text: "Bachelor’s degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5-8 years) Experience working with a QMS in a disciplined, regulated industry and regulatory surveillance experience preferred.Experience leading individuals and/or teams and managing deliverables to be completed on time." We need to preserve all info; we can split into sentences but keep as

      or

? Since it's a list of qualifications, we could use
        • . The instruction: Use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should treat requirements as list. Thus:

            Requirements

            • Bachelor’s degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5‑8 years)
            • Experience working with a QMS in a disciplined, regulated industry and regulatory surveillance experience preferred
            • Experience leading individuals and/or teams and managing deliverables to be completed on time
Note: The original had "Experience working with a QMS in a disciplined, regulated industry and regulatory surveillance experience preferred." We'll keep as is. Then Qualifications:

            Qualifications

from Preferred Qualifications. Preferred Qualifications text: "Experience with implementing and/or managing a quality system that is ISO9001 / 2015 compliant.Experience with internal and external auditing. Ideal candidate is a certified Lead Auditor.Demonstrated ability to understand, maintain and develop procedures, controlled documents, and processes.Demonstrated experience with APQP/PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Gauge R&R, preferred.Ability to demonstrate knowledge in reading and understanding procedures, customer, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to perform and host internal and external audits. The position will require Lead Auditor certification, but not required at time of hire. Training will be provided as needed.Versed in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc." We need to split into list items. Let's parse: - Experience with implementing and/or managing a quality system that is ISO9001 / 2015 compliant. - Experience with internal and external auditing. - Ideal candidate is a certified Lead Auditor. - Demonstrated ability to understand, maintain and develop procedures, controlled documents, and processes. - Demonstrated experience with APQP/PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Gauge R&R, preferred. - Ability to demonstrate knowledge in reading and understanding procedures, customer, and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrated ability to perform and host internal and external audits. - The position will require Lead Auditor certification, but not required at time of hire. Training will be provided as needed. - Versed in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. We'll make each a
          • . Then Benefits:

            Benefits

with list. Benefits text: "Benefits: The Watlow Total Compensation Plan Benefits The health, well-being and financial stability of you and your family is a high priority to us.The Watlow Total Rewards Plan includes competitive compensation and a full range of life and career enhancing benefits: Annual Incentive Program 401(k) plan that includes a company match on your contribution and an annual company contribution that is tied to company performance Wellness incentivesEmployee Personal Assistance Program Dental, medical, vision and short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid holidays, personal time, and vacation Parental leave Tuition reimbursement" We need to extract list items: - Annual Incentive Program - 401(k) plan that includes a company match on your contribution and an annual company contribution that is tied to company performance - Wellness incentives - Employee Personal Assistance Program - Dental, medical, vision and short-term and long-term disability insurance - Paid holidays, personal time, and vacation - Parental leave - Tuition reimbursement We could also include "The Watlow Total Compensation Plan Benefits" as intro sentence; but we can incorporate as

            before list. Thus:

            Benefits

The Watlow Total Rewards Plan includes competitive compensation and a full range of life and career enhancing benefits:

            • Annual Incentive Program
            • 401(k) plan that includes a company match on your contribution and an annual company contribution that is tied to company performance
            • Wellness incentives
            • Employee Personal Assistance Program
            • Dental, medical, vision and short-term and long-term disability insurance
            • Paid holidays, personal time, and vacation
            • Parental leave
            • Tuition reimbursement
We should also maybe include the first sentence about health, well-being etc. Could incorporate into

. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, diversity, accommodations. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: none. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
