Quality Leadership Program

About the role

Actively participate in a 12-month development program to learn and understand business operations while developing leadership capabilities through hands-on quality experiences, project management, and formal training.

• Lead and support special quality improvement projects in collaboration with quality leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Work in a team environment to identify quality concerns, develop corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities by sharing quality expertise and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality requirements and customer expectations are met.
• Provide FDA regulatory and Quality systems support.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and government regulations.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and other departments to drive sustainable quality improvements and resolve process-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
• 1-2 years’ work experience, including internships in designated degree areas required.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community.
• Innovative, flexible, committed, ambitious and determined.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management system processes a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to quickly adapt to changing situations, and strong communications skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis, quality reporting, documentation management, presentations, and communication of quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of 21CFR part 213 is desirable.
• Model high standards of honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.
