Purpose Statement
To ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement through effective leadership, meticulous oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional products and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company specifications.
- Lead and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, resolve non-conformances, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency gains, and areas for process optimization, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field such as quality management, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Certifications such as a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, or Six Sigma may be preferred or required.

Physical Requirements
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
- May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.

Pay
The annual compensation range for this position is $45,300.00 - $67,900.00. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. This position is eligible for a 10% shift differential.
Schedule
This position will support our 2nd shift which is Monday - Friday from 2pm - 10pm.
