Quality Lead (2nd shift)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality operations, including inspection, testing, and auditing processes.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and follow through on audit findings.
• Train and mentor team members on quality procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production and Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Prepare and present quality reports for management and stakeholders.
• Prepare work instructions when needed.
• Willing to learn and adapt to changes and other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols.
