Quality Inspector_Senior

Responsibilities

• Make visual and measured inspection/tests of materials/products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if product meets all requirements.
• Complete inspection records and reports, following appropriate codes and regulations.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for the manufacturing process and follow appropriate procedures for testing raw materials.

Requirements

• 1 year of related barge manufacturing experience.
• Fit or Weld experience preferred.
• Computer skills and basic understanding of MS Office Products.
• Proficient in the use of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• Understand and apply inspection methods and techniques.
• Previous experience with coating techniques and/or inspection preferred.
• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment is beneficial.
• Previous experience in Fab Shop process is a plus.
