Quality Inspector-Night Shift

About the Role

As a Quality Inspector - Night Shift, you’ll be the last, critical checkpoint before parts move forward, ensuring customer quality requirements are met prior to release. This role strengthens production operations by reducing waste, supporting stable workflow, and sharpening processes while meeting program schedules.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support production teams
• Partner closely with all departments
• Communicate clear, concise quality data to drive defect reduction, process improvement, and training input
• Track inspection results and document findings
• Provide crisp updates to maintain team momentum
• Wrap up records and hand off clean status to the next group at the end of the shift

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting quality data
• Comfort working onsite nights (3:00 PM–1:30 AM, Mon–Thu)
