Quality Inspector / Mfg.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quality experience or equivalent training.
• Advanced math skills and statistics.
• Familiarity with Personal Computers and basic use of a Windows environment preferred.
• Smart Scope or CMM experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform complete inspection of product prior to release according to applicable specifications.
• Sign the release documentation where applicable for raw material or finished goods product prior to a warehouse or shipment transfer from its designated department.
• Compile and reviews the release documentation for all lot device history records prior to submitting such material to supervision for final approval.
• Apply appropriate statistical sampling plan and stat sample all hold products as applicable per the appropriate specification requirements.
• Record the results of inspections and audit findings on the appropriate forms and/or in the Quality Module of SAP.
• Report all product nonconformance issues to the Quality Lead/Sr. QE, and Production Supervisor where appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to all safety, environmental and quality system standards.
• Perform all other miscellaneous duties as appropriately directed by Quality Management or designate.
