Quality Inspector / Manufacturing

Position Overview

Preci Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector to support our quality operations. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished components to confirm they meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Operate vision inspection systems to identify defects and confirm quality requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and process sheets
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation
• Create and track non-conformance reports when needed
• Work with production teams to help resolve quality concerns and support corrective actions
• Assist with continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
