Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform Pressure Vessel Pneumatic / Hydro & Weld Inspection to Trane procedures and ASME requirements
• Spot weld nameplates to Pressure Vessels per Trane procedures and ASME requirements
• Review and accept/reject repair procedures per Trane procedures and ASME requirements, as needed
• Maintain Pressure Vessels test log and forms
• Perform PT & MT NDE to ASME Pressure Vessels or Parts per Trane procedures and ASME requirements as needed
• Perform receiving inspection of ASME parts as needed
• Make ASME nameplates as needed
• Other safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Blueprint reading (weld symbols) and Units of Measure (both standard & metric)
• Experience using hand, pneumatic, and measuring tools
• Certified crane operator
• Willingness to continually improve code and engineering specification knowledge
• Good communication skills and customer first attitude
• Experience with computers and the Windows operating environment
• Demonstrated initiative to seek work area improvement/personal development opportunities
• Must be willing to work all shifts and flex to satisfy customer demand (Overtime as required)

Pay

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $22.50 - $26.29 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
