Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products for compliance with specifications and requirements.
• Record inspection data, test results, and audit documentation accurately and on time.
• Report defects, quality concerns, and trends to the QA Manager.
• Assist with investigations of quality issues and support corrective‑action follow‑up.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to flag and resolve quality concerns.
• Follow established quality procedures and help identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in daily and weekly QA meetings.
• Support a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately, safely, and on time.
• Monitor lab and inspection supplies and report needs to the QA Manager.
• Learn to use inspection tools, gauges, and quality software as part of on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a technical or quality field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using basic inspection tools (calipers, gauges) or willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with quality concepts (ISO 9001, Lean, root‑cause analysis) a plus, not required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
