Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications
• Apply basic math, measurement tools, and inspection processes
• Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation
• Report quality issues with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year experience in quality inspection or manufacturing, with hands-on experience in blueprint reading and product testing
• Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%)
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks
• Must wear provided safety equipment: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection

Preferred Skills

• Basic blueprint reading knowledge preferred (training is available for the right candidate)
• Additional technical certifications in quality or manufacturing preferred

Schedule

1st shift, 5am-1pm, Monday–Friday.
