Quality Inspector - 12 Hour Night Shift

Qualifications

• Perform and document first article, in-process, and final inspection of product.
• Monitor quality of product manufactured and completes required check sheets.
• Perform CMM testing as required and reacts to any nonconformances.
• Dimensional and functional testing, enter required data into SPC database (Quality America), and react to any nonconformances.
• Report and document nonconformance or potential problems relating to the quality of product.
• Assist in audits of product, documentation, and processes.
• Perform sorting and rework when necessary.
• Absorb and train Inspector Packers and observe their performance for verification.
• Ensure that machine safety devices are not altered or defected.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
• Always use correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to promote a team atmosphere in the department and in other production-based areas.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, and high initiative.
• Computer skills.

Pay

Salary: $19 / hour (Based on education and experience)

Schedule

Night shift available, 12-hour 3-2-2 shift schedule!
