Quality Inspector 1

About the role

As a Quality Inspector 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our trailers. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues
• Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements
• Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies
• Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
