Quality Improvement Proj Coord

About the role

Responsible for coordinating the implementation and integration of the site and system's quality improvement activities for selected site and system-wide projects.

Education and credentials

• BS in Nursing or other healthcare related field required.
• Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist or other healthcare professional licensure preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred.

Experience

• 5 years of Clinical work experience in a healthcare work environment required.
• 3 years of experience in quality improvement, process improvement, regulatory compliance preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, IHI or any other recognized quality improvement/process improvement methodology preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $58,461.00 - $70,005.00. Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
