Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate communication between departments to maintain seamless workflow.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to staff members to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems and technology.
• Leadership certification or equivalent experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
