Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to maintain seamless workflow.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support to staff members to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems and technology.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
