About The Role
TITLE: Quality Engineer, Trading Technology
TEAM: Investment Implementation & Trading Technology

Job Overview
We are seeking a Core Quality Engineer to join our Trading Platform Engineering team within Investment Implementation & Trading (IIT) Technology. In this role you will support business-critical applications in an asset management environment. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through testing and automation. You’ll work closely with technology team members and business partners to deliver resilient systems and continuously improve how we build and test software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain testing artifacts including test strategies, plans, and cases
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Collaborate with development and business teams
- Track and manage defects
- Perform backend and database testing
- Align with QE standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Quality engineering or related roles
- Understanding of order management systems and trade lifecycle processes
- Experience with Selenium, Karate, UFT, or REST Assured
- SQL and database testing knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with Order Management systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar)

- Base salary range: USD 80,000 - 150,000
