Quality Engineer - Mobile & Financial Systems

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our technology team in New York, NY. In this role, you will lead end-to-end manual quality assurance for a complex enterprise credit card application across native Apple devices. You will work on-site with product and engineering teams to ensure real-time device syncing, robust transaction logic, and strict compliance with mobile security standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory tests across iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS devices.
• Verify complex credit card application features including interest calculations, transaction flows, and rewards logic.
• Audit mobile security mechanisms, including FaceID/TouchID biometrics and Apple Pay integrations.
• Triage application errors using log analysis tools (Splunk, Datadog) and validate backend APIs using Postman.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manual quality assurance experience testing native applications on Apple hardware (iOS, iPadOS, watchOS).
• 2+ years of QA experience in banking, fintech, or credit card processing domains.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and debugging platforms (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
• Ability to work 100% on-site in New York, NY.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$25.03 - 30.00 per hour
