Responsibilities
- Support and improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and quality systems to ensure products consistently meet customer and company requirements.
- Investigate product, process, customer, and supplier quality issues.
- Utilize quality tools and data analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards, procedures, and process controls.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and quality management system requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support new product introductions, process improvements, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Lead complex quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive resolution of significant customer, supplier, and manufacturing quality issues.
- Coach and mentor less experienced engineers and technicians.
- Influence process improvements and quality system enhancements across multiple functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
