Responsibilities

• Support and improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and quality systems to ensure products consistently meet customer and company requirements.
• Investigate product, process, customer, and supplier quality issues.
• Utilize quality tools and data analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards, procedures, and process controls.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and quality management system requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support new product introductions, process improvements, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead complex quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive resolution of significant customer, supplier, and manufacturing quality issues.
• Coach and mentor less experienced engineers and technicians.
• Influence process improvements and quality system enhancements across multiple functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
