What Sets You Apart
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
- Working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma)
- Experience supporting or maintaining quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, API Q1, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a plant environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or quality-related discipline)
- CQE or equivalent certification preferred
- ISO / API Q1 auditor or lead auditor certification preferred
