About the Role
TagoreTech is seeking a motivated RF Product Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to transition products from prototype to mass production while improving product performance, yield, reliability, and manufacturability throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product readiness activities from prototype through volume manufacturing.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing ramp-up.
- Collaborate with design, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
- Analyze manufacturing data to improve product yield, quality, and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvements in product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
- Investigate product failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor production performance and recommend process enhancements.
- Support product qualification, validation, and release activities.
- Ensure products meet customer, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
- Contribute to process documentation and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) components and semiconductor products.
- Understanding of product engineering, manufacturing, or New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and reliability principles is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with RF testing and characterization.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle management.
- Understanding of yield improvement and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
