Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in field that supports Milwaukee needs & growth
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to interpret written test methods/procedures and complete controlled experiments
- Utilizing exploded diagrams and blueprints
- Able to work under reduced supervision
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Desired: Leadership experience, Knowledge of basic metrology methods and equipment, Knowledge of warehouse management systems, Project Management experience
Skills

- Maintain and uphold all safety standards and requirements
- Oversee and manage rework operations and technicians
- Develop & revise Quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions & other quality documents
- Maintain database of sample measurements and data collections
- Develop inventory tracking & decision tree for disposition
- Lead and attend meetings with upper management to provide updates as needed/requested
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, inventory, etc… to establish specs and controls for certain inventory items
- Create, monitor and closeout NCMR, SCAR, and 8D reports in Milwaukee’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Point of contact in the DC for battery and other tightly controlled products
