Job Details
- Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D)
- Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, such as:
- 5 Whys
- Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams
- Other Quality Engineering methodologies
- ISO 9001 or IAT16949 Audit experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
Qualifications
- BS
- Ability to read blueprints
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
