Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Always follows all safety rules and contributes to a safe work environment.
• Inspects products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conducts tests to determine if products meet specifications.
• Records inspection results and maintains accurate quality records.
• Communicates effectively with production team members to address quality issues.
• Affords assistance in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Identifies and reports any defects or non-conformities.
• Collaborates with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensures that finished products meet customer specifications and expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals.
• Professional maturity to work within a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
