Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including NCR, CAR, RCA, 8D, ECN, and internal audit processes.
- Manage customer quality issues, complaints, and warranty claims, ensuring timely root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and track quality metrics and KPIs to monitor product, process, and supplier performance.
- Lead inspection activities across supplier, receiving, in-process, and final inspection for fabricated sheet metal components.
- Qualify, onboard, and develop suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and fabrication standards.
- Support production through NCR management, quality training, and collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, rework, and process inefficiencies in fabrication operations.
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture throughout the manufacturing floor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Preferred experience includes metal fabrication, welding, painting processes, SolidWorks, PDM/MRP/ERP systems, and drafting standards (ANSI Y14)
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
