Quality Engineer - Aerospace - Manchester, NH

About the role

Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards
Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and documentation
Support PMP requirements and ensure adherence to customer quality flow downs
Deliver training programs and materials related to quality processes
Monitor and drive continuous improvement of systems and operational processes
Ensure supplier/vendor compliance with internal quality standards
Analyze quality data and provide recommendations to maintain and enhance standards
Perform inspections using various tools and equipment to verify product conformance
Take ownership of quality initiatives while working independently

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or similar role
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 or comparable quality standards
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, including CMM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset
