This individual will own day-to-day quality engineering activities while supporting customer requirements, supplier quality, production quality, and new product launches. The role is highly visible and supports both internal manufacturing operations and external customer quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer and supplier quality initiatives
- Complete PPAPs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
- Drive Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
- Support APQP and product launches
- Perform quality audits and capability studies
- Monitor SPC and process capability
- Work directly with customers regarding quality concerns
- Support Quality Inspectors and Technicians
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards

$85,000 - $95,000 per year
