Quality Coordinator - Heavy Civil
About the role
Support the development of construction project-specific quality plans from the project site.
Manage, review, and coordinate the development of Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) for construction activities.
Ensure ITPs are developed and implemented effectively for all applicable scopes of work.
Review project submissions, such as fabrication drawings, mix designs, materials, and plans, to ensure compliance with the project specifications.
Support quality control and quality assurance activities on the project including, but not limited to, QA/QC meetings, quality checklists, mock-ups, inspections and testing, quality records, deficiency management, and quality audits.
Perform daily project site inspections and be a quality resource for site team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Engineering / other construction-related degree, or equivalent experience.
- General understanding of construction activities and working knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to plan and organize work in a clear, concise, and punctual manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality management practices (e.g., ISO 9001 Standard) is an asset.
