Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) through data analysis, reporting, and system administration activities.
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Care for data collection activities and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of quality data.
- Perform data entry and maintain quality system databases in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain quality data systems to identify operational, reporting, or data-entry discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Develop monthly Quality Management Review presentations and present findings and key metrics to leadership.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate quality performance and business insights effectively.
- Conduct impact assessments and data review activities related to quality events, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Support quality records management and documentation activities in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and departmental objectives.
- Track open tasks and action items, follow up with assigned team members, and ensure timely completion.
- Provide status updates and reporting on task progress and outstanding actions.
Qualifications
- Understanding of basic statistical methods and their application in data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present information to managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with Windows-based systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools; familiarity with Minitab is a plus.
- Ability to create clear written communications, including reports and business correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills, including calculations involving percentages, ratios, and graph interpretation.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $58,800 - $94,100. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
