Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings
- Compile project status reports
- Cook up project schedules
- Cook up project agendas
- Cook up project minutes
- Cook up project correspondence
- Identify and analyze system requirements
- Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Lead the resolution of warranty related issues
- Accountable for problem solving process, proposed solution, validation, and weekly progress
- Triage warranty claims review, sorting claims and bucketing
- Support Stellantis/Suppliers review at Quality Engineering Center and Manufacturing locations
- Establish & validate containment & permanent actions at Stellantis / Supplier Plants
- Physically review the product/process changes, internal metrics, and control plan update
- Maintain project timelines
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from accredited University
- 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in testing/validation/test method development, including fixture design, instrumentation, data acquisition, etc.
- Knowledge about Transmission and Driveline system and components
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and Project
- Working knowledge of Teamcenter
- Working knowledge of GD&T and understanding full detail on drawings
- Master's degree in engineering
- Familiar with Quality-related metrics
- Shainin RedX Black Belt
- Green Belt / Kepner Tregoe
- Design for Six Sigma
- Project Management
