Quality Control Technician (Food Manufacturing) - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of raw materials.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new product formulations that meet nutritional standards and consumer preferences.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pet food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of pet nutrition and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 22000 is a plus.

Skills

• Knowledge of pet food manufacturing processes.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
