Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures on returning equipment.
- Ensure all cases and equipment are presentable and in ideal working condition.
- Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
- Manage firmware versions for applicable devices.
- Organize and store all tested equipment.
- Correctly process missing or damaged equipment.
- Be able to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer support for clients.
- Follow direction of the department leader and managers.
- Absorb and assist other departments when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED.
- Experience working with professional audio visual equipment and computer equipment.
- Possesses a basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting of workload.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not supervise other employees.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; communicate with coworkers.
- The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are subject to change and may rotate. Needs of the business may dictate long hours and weekend work during high-demand periods.
