Job Summary
Responsibilities
Conduct critical biological, chemical, and physical analyses of in-process and final products to support facility production schedules.
- Document test data following cGMP, GLP, and FDA compliance standards, logging final results into LIMS.
- Perform analytical assays utilizing instrumentation such as GC, HPLC, and wet chemistry methods.
- Investigate testing deviations, draft exception reports, and ensure absolute data integrity.
- Support core laboratory operations including sample intake, glassware cleaning, inventory stocking, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in manual and instrumental analytical testing methods (including GC and HPLC).
- Strong understanding of basic chemical/biological safety protocols and technical problem-solving.
- Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and ability to navigate LIMS/database systems.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and work around standard laboratory chemicals.
- Flexibility to work 2-2-3 rotational shifts (day or night) following initial M-F onboarding.
- Preferred Experience using TrackWise, Empower, or MiniTab software.
