Quality Control Technician

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect assembled cabinet quality in the Production Department
• Inspect the quality of inbound flat pack and component shipments
• Facilitate communication between production employees
• Communicate issues to the Production Supervisor and Operations Management
• Work with the Production Department and Operations Management to provide quality control data
• Implement new solutions to prevent quality defects
• Compile and report all appropriate quality control related data to the Quality Control Supervisor and Operations Management
• Update and maintain the general quality specifications manual

Minimum Job Requirements

• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including email and proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be in good standing in regards to performance, professionalism & attendance
• Must demonstrate understanding of safety rules
• Must demonstrate ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Must be well organized and have high attention to detail
• Must demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and willing to take on new responsibilities
