Minimum Skills/Knowledge/Responsibilities
- 1-year experience in food manufacturing/related field, Quality Inspection
- Ability to troubleshoot food manufacturing issues that have impacts on: Food Safety, Food Quality, Food Legality
- Ability to work with Microsoft Suite of Business Software (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work with, and perform tasks within, an ERP (enterprise resourcing planning) software
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply customer product standards to the Bev-Hub process
- Ability to use basic laboratory equipment such as pH meter, Refractometer, Densitometer, Total Solids unit and Viscometer by following detailed laboratory procedures
- Use of sophisticated Can Double Seam Inspection equipment
- Use of sophisticated Bottle Cap Inspection equipment
- Detail oriented with a demonstrable ability to fill out Quality Analysis paperwork
- Ability to multi-task in high energy fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (10+ hour shift)
- Ability to communicate with Production management and staff to address any non-conformance issues that may be encountered
- Ability to contribute in cross-functional teams formed to address issues in the facility
Preferred Skills/Knowledge
- A.S or higher degree in Life Sciences
- Experience in food manufacturing environment
- Quality functions
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification
- Experience with Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) approved Food Safety Scheme
