We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description, responsibilities, requirements, preferred qualifications, physical demands, salary range. No explicit benefits, schedule (though mentions occasional evenings/weekends/holidays). That could be schedule info. Also maybe "Physical Demands" not a listed heading; we could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. So we need to map content.
- About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing the role. We'll put that in

Let's extract details.
From description paragraph: "Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Technician supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. Skills: Could be communication, administrative, Microsoft Office, interpersonal, judgment, ability to work independently, etc. But many of these are already in requirements. However we can still have a Skills section for things like communication, administrative, Microsoft Office, interpersonal, judgment. But we must not invent; we can pull from requirements/qualifications. However we risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we have to follow headings list; we can omit Skills if not enough distinct content. However we have communication, administrative, Microsoft Office, interpersonal, judgment. Those are indeed skills. Could make a Skills section.
But we must not create sections with filler. We have concrete items for Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Good administrative skills; Two years’ experience with Microsoft Office; Ability to deal with variety of people; Mature judgment. That's substantive.
Thus we can include Skills.
Pay: Salary range: $60,000 to $67,000 per year.
Schedule: The posting mentions: "The employee is occasionally required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays." Also maybe "Works closely..." but schedule is that.
We'll include Schedule section with that sentence.
Physical Demands: Not a heading we have; we could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? But we have no heading for Physical Demands. The instruction only allows those headings; we could put physical demands under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? But better to include under Requirements as it's a requirement. However the instruction says use headings for those specific sections; we can still include other info under those headings. So we can add physical demands under Requirements (maybe as a bullet). But we must not invent headings. So we can add a bullet under Requirements for physical demands.
Let's check if any other info: "Accountability" bullet list: Timely and accurate performance of duties; Maintaining assigned work schedule; Working closely and harmoniously with fellow workers; Maintaining strict confidentiality; Adhering to all safety and environmental requirements; Adhering to contract requirements and Alutiiq policies. Those could be under Requirements or maybe under Skills? They are more like expectations/accountability. Could be under Requirements as well.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include those accountability items somewhere. Could be under Requirements as bullet points.
Thus Requirements will be long list including license, experience, knowledge, skills, administrative, communication, Microsoft Office, interpersonal, judgment, physical demands, accountability items.
We must avoid duplication but okay.

Schedule
The employee is occasionally required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
We must ensure no extra text outside HTML fragment. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine the two sentences. "Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Technician supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Quality Control Technician works under the direction of the Quality Control (QC) Manager and assists in the implementation, administration and execution of the Quality Control Program (QCP) policies and procedures designed to ensure contract requirements are defined, understood and effectively achieved." Now responsibilities list: we need to ensure each bullet is a distinct responsibility. We'll copy the list we made. We'll need to be careful not to miss any. Let's enumerate responsibilities precisely as in text: 1. Plan and complete periodic management system audits to ensure work activities are performed in accordance with established processes and procedures. 2. Coordinates with the QC Manager, Department Managers, Shop Supervisors, and project personnel to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks. 3. Responsible for performing day-to-day compliance inspections of the Alutiiq contract. 4. Verifies compliance with the Alutiiq QCP and contract PWS. 5. Ensures Alutiiq personnel and Alutiiq subcontractor personnel comply with PWS requirements and QCP processes and procedures by performing random and scheduled inspections of work in progress and finished work using appropriate inspection methods and criteria. 6. Ensures the organization adheres to and is in compliance with applicable procedures
