Expected pay range: $21.50–$22.50 per hour (non-exempt). This role may qualify for supplemental compensation through bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and customer specifications.
- Identify, isolate, document, and escalate non-conforming materials while partnering with Production and Quality leadership to investigate and resolve issues.
- Monitor and verify critical food safety and quality controls, including code dates, scale calibrations, metal detection systems, sanitation checks, and production documentation.
- Support compliance with FSMA, HACCP, traceability, and regulatory requirements through accurate recordkeeping and verification activities.
- Participate in incident investigations, corrective actions, environmental monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and coach production team members on quality standards, food safety procedures, and documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within food, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to quality and food safety standards.
