Process Quality Assurance
Performs visual and final dimensional inspections to verify items are acceptable to the following requirements: blueprints, CAD drawings, specifications, quality procedures, and planning instructions.
Inspections are performed using calipers, depth micrometers, height gages, I.D. & O.D. micrometers and stationery and portable CMM’s etc. on tight tolerance materials, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Uses geometric tolerancing to verify true positions, runouts, profiles, flatness, perpendicularity requirements.
Reviews data ensuring temperature/humidity requirements are met for in-process and deliverable hardware.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
- Basic understanding of reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Comfortable working with and around energetics.

Pay
Primary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00
Schedule
Starts on day shift and has the potential to move to rotating shifts.
