About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and bringing new food products to market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product development
• Create and refine product concepts based on customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to develop and launch new products
• Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality and compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure product safety and efficacy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food science principles and techniques

• Experience with product development software and tools
• Fluency in English
