Key Responsibilities
- Investigate product complaints using defined test protocols, document and report results.
- Conduct internal and external product testing, document and report results.
- Ensure that proper safety attitudes, procedures, and housekeeping are maintained on all work programs and conduct work in a manner that protects self, co-workers, the environment, and the safety of the community.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following established experiment protocols, with limited supervision.
- Participate in the quality process and maintain requirements for the laboratory.
Qualifications
- Very significant math skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and/or 1-3 years’ lab experience is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with paint and/or coatings is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- SAP knowledge or experience preferred but not required.
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required.
