About the Role

As a QA Inspector, you will inspect products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. You will identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products at different stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformances in accordance with established procedures.
  • Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, measure scopes, and drop indicators to verify product specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform inspections using microscopes.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, including reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized according to internal procedures.
  • Work well with others—comfortable working and contributing in a team environment.
  • Learn and follow internal systems and procedures.
  • Adhere to all ITT safety policies and procedures, participate in workplace inspections, safety training, and the development of job safety analyses.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years’ experience performing Quality Inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Blueprint reading required.
  • Microsoft Office—beginner level acceptable.
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role.
  • Keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach.
  • Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASQ Certification.
  • ISO/AS9100 experience.

Pay

Hourly range is from $20.77 to $30.77, plus a benefit plan.
